Historic pizzeria in front of the church of San Tommaso, offering both take-away and pizza delivery service. The pizza is very good you can feel the quality of the materials used. Prices slightly higher than normal but so is the quality, the pizzas are slightly smaller than normal. Average price of a pizza 9 euros appreciated the plastic plate on which the pizza is delivered.

The pizza as I did not remember ... not large, well cooked without burns, but. Aromas and flavors as they used to be ... I order a simple 4 seasons everywhere I go but this is very different from the standard. The artichokes year their fair right, but also all the other elements are well above the average ... An "experience" in a pizza .... Small but well-kept place, well-spaced tables and very pleasant location under the arcades. .

An unmissable event for pizza lovers, a historic pizzeria that with its Calvetti has conquered past generations, satisfies the current ones and will certainly win the sympathy of those in the future.

Pizzeria da Salvatore is undoubtedly the best pizzeria in Verona, it is a historical activity that carries on the true Neapolitan tradition, good Ivano and his staff who carry on with honor what his father Salvatore had started many years ago.

Delicious pizza but friendliness doesn't have to be right at home! All respect for the operators but I do not think that one should eat with the times that can and not swallow pizza! Dinner is also and above all conviviality and having to do it with time is absurd!

Hello. I decided to briefly describe my experience after visiting Pizzeria da Salvatore. When it comes to food, it really is the best pizza I've ever had in my life. Baked mozzarella can be called an interesting idea for a snack. The pizza dough is exceptionally mild, the amount of ingredients is perfectly balanced. As for the premises. It is small. Sometimes, It's hard to get seated. Right next to it is a bar where people usually wait a few minutes to be seated. Nice and cultural service. I will definitely visit this place more than once.

Very lovely people and tasty pizza. The toppings were fairly generous and the staff were incredibly sweet, especially considering it is during the pandemic. The menu is shared using a scan code that is hanging above your table so that you don't have to touch anything without necessity. The atmosphere, again considering the fact that we are all separated meters apart; is actually really good. The only reason I have not given five stars is that for the price, ten quid for a pizza with an interesting topping; the pizza itself is not that large. But it is very tasty pizza indeed and I would still go here again. You are in Verona after all. Finding an aperol spritz for €4 here is a good deal so a pizza for €10 is a good deal too.

The best pizza you can taste in Verona! A life that I eat Salvatore's pizza and every time I am amazed by the perfect combination of flavors, from the light and fairly thin dough cooked to perfection that contains excellent quality ingredients. I definitely recommend the Burratina and two cornerstones of this pizzeria: calzone covered with sauce, parmesan and oil and Calvetti. Friendly service that tries to satisfy every customer need (a special thanks to the guy who served us yesterday). For the moment they also work in delivery and you can book (highly recommended at the weekend!) For time slots otherwise get listed and take advantage of it while waiting to take a walk through the streets of Verona.

I ate the most famous pizza of the place, the "Calvetti": very good! Also the appetizer of mozzarella in the oven delicious. Great prices, and covered that you don't pay. To tell the truth it didn't look like a Neapolitan pizza (it wasn't very high). Too bad you can't book!

Iconic pizzeria in Verona. The peculiarity of this pizzeria is that you can't book so when you get there if you sit there otherwise booking "by name" you are called by the waiter as soon as a table gets free, good pizza, the bread dough has not completely convinced me unlike the freshest and highest quality ingredients! Very good service very nice and polite guys despite the pressure of the restaurant, very good!

One of the best pizzas I’ve eaten. Very busy in evenings, worth arriving as doors open because soon after it is full! Staff are friendly and accommodating for tourists. Definitely recommend.

Very crowded (locals!) which we like. Sometimes even had to shout to eachother (while sitting opposite to eachother at the same table) in order to communicate. The knives could be a tad sharper and they do not serve tea for desert. Nor have they birra analcoolica on the menu. An okay place to eat, with room for improvement in my humble opinion..

EXCELLENT pizza in Verona. very busy on a Saturday night. lots of hip young people. we put our name down and they said it would be one hour and a half. we went next door to wait and have a glass of wine, five minutes later and the waiter said there was a table for two available immediately outside, or inside in about 30 minutes. We finished our wine and got two pies, one with panna and one buffalo cheese and basil, both perfect and very different from each other.

Fast service and fun atmosphere. Pizza is good and prices are fair. Crowd gathers 20-30 minutes before opening and not really a line to get in that I could tell. But, everyone got seated and pizzas came quickly.

We arrived at the restaurant about 15 minutes before they open back up for the evening and grabbed a table outside. Yes we sat there taking in the scenery people started gathering up grabbing tables outside and waiting in line. The excitement kept growing when they open the doors the restaurant filled and they started going around handing out menus and taking orders. My friend and I ordered different pizzas and split them so we could try two different kinds. They were both amazing and definitely worth getting to the place early so we didn't have to wait for a table. The ingredients tasted fresh and the staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Verona!

Most excellent pizza I've ever had. The crust is amazing. Sauce is very well made...not bitter from over cooking the tomatoes. The brianzola pizza is my new obsession! It was unique and perfectly made! Plus, servers were very kind and helpful. They didn't rush us even though there was a huge line of people waiting to sit down. And, it's absolutely worth the wait.

Nice pizzas though took 'slow food' to a new level. Took ages to get a table and to get served. We ate all the bread sticks to take revenge, to the dismay of my wife.

Best pizza hands down. I had something with broccoli on it and it was incredible. I also had the spicy pizza another night and it was equally delicious. Simply fantastic and my favorite spot in Verona.

It’s a bit overhyped on reviews. Waiting time if you aren’t at 7 sharp could be up to 40 minutes :( Pizza and other food is 3.5-4 of 5, you can find better

Disappointing. Provided that they don't accept reservations, we waited far more time than expected to get sat down, even if they reassured us it would only have taken 20 minutes maximum, the pizza was an average one, cheap atmosphere and rude staff. Not worth the hype.

Perfect pizza! Very nice place full of unique details and delicious food! Outside city centre, so quality is right here.
